Green Building Awareness Improves in Malaysia, Asia | Rockwool | Faizul Ideris

Faizul Ideris shares insight on the changes and improvement in the green building market in Asia and Malaysia in particular.

There is an increased awareness in Asia on green building benefits i.e. improvement of the indoor climate and occupants’ productivity. Particularly in Malaysia, green building awareness is developing shown through the green initiatives done by the government and private sectors, product and building labeling, development of green directories, as well as green exhibitions which all aim to serve the green building demands.

Faizul Ideris is the Manager at Rockwool Asia based in Malaysia who manages Rockwool’s Asia Norms & Standards and External Relation. Rockwool was one of the booth exhibitors during ECO-B exhibition in Kuala Lumpur last March 2013.
