The Future of Asia’s Sustainable Construction | Lafarge Malaysia | Yoke Chuan Yee

Yoke Chuan Yee envisions the future of the green building market in Asia as well as compares it to the European market.

Compared to the European, Asian green building or sustainable construction market is still lagging behind but the development is quickly catching up. Asia therefore will continue to grow especially with companies and manufacturers which are not only providing green products, but also offering solutions to enhance the compliance of the market’s needs.

Yoke Chuan Yee is responsible for Lafarge Malaysia’s building and construction department. Lafarge was one of the booth exhibitors during ECO-B exhibition in Kuala Lumpur last March 2013.
