India : IGBC certification awarded to Green Village

Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) has just given an award for Mawlynnong and Raj-Bhavan in Shillong – named as Asia’s Cleanest Village for meeting the requirements of Green Building Standards for Green Existing Buildings O & M Rating System and Green Village Rating System.

The award was given by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) to K M Momin, Joint Director Tourism of Meghalaya Government at the annual 14th Edition Green Building Congress 2016 in Mumbai.
