India : MoU signed on green building property development


A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed by city-based Caspian Techparks India with Nanma, an Eastern Group Company, in developing the 12-storied property at Infopark Kochi.

According to Thomas Chacko Mukkadan, Managing Director of Caspian Techparks India, this project aims to generate 3,500 jobs and is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.

Located at the main entrance of the Infopark, this property will implement the green building concept with eco-friendly futuristic facility and offices to meet international standards. An open living space, amphitheater, cafe recreation facilities and food courts will also be included.

Thomas also added that this new facility is designed as a focal point of activity in this Infopark area. Together with Nanma company, the company has leveraged industry experts to finish Kerala’s first IT Infrastructure project, which is already taking an interest from many IT major companies in town.
