India : LEED for Shangri-La Hotel


Developed by Adarsh Realty & Hotel Pvt Ltd, the Shangri-La Hotel in Bengaluru spans over 2.2 acres of land and has successfully been certified with LEED India New Construction gold rating by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).

Jens Corder, the General Manager of Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru, was greatly honored to have achieved the LEED certification. The hotel features eco-friendly building design and practices focusing on water, energy efficiency, atmospheric discharge controls, the use of certified materials, and monitors indoor air quality.
