Darrell Smith shares his thoughts on assessing cities in Asia on their feasibility to become a Smart City.

The expansion of Smart City projects is increasing as people continue to recognize the tremendous benefits of smart cities, including improvement in economic opportunity, sustainability and the quality of life. In the approach of building a Smart City, the aim is to promote cities that give a decent quality of life to its citizens, a sustainable eco-friendly environment and its application of ‘Smart Solutions’.
