The structure consists of three apartment blocks with apartments ranging in size from 58 sq m to 91 sq m, all connected with a 5,000 sq mm sky park at the top.

Ms. Luu Thi Thanh Mau, General Director of Phuc Khang Corporation, explains to the media that they are proud to develop this first project under the LEED standards despite the 10 percent increase in construction cost or VND 120 billion as it will be beneficial in the long run. She also adds that the Diamond Lotus project will be blanketed by green with its apartments designed to welcome direct sunshine, wind and fresh air.
